I would like to welcome you to Ying Cai International High School in beautiful Xiamen, China!
Established in 2007 to prepare Chinese students for top overseas universities throughout the world, Ying Cai International High School is a division of, and shares a campus with, Xiamen Ying Cai School, a large and well-established K-12 private boarding school that has served greater Xiamen since 1995.
The school boasts a beautiful and modern campus covering 41 acres. The school provides students with dormitory-style living and a safe and secure learning environment. The campus includes the following facilities and features: computer labs, library, art center, sports center, music center, swimming pool, dining hall, dormitories, central air conditioning, and high-speed internet.
With a population of approximately 150 students, Ying Cai International High School provides a world-class dual high school program by implementing rigorous American and Chinese curriculum. Approximately half of the instructional day is in English and half is in Chinese, fostering a bilingual learning environment. The school further challenges its most competitive students through Advanced Placement coursework. Our students have the opportunity to earn both American and Chinese high school diplomas.
The aim of our school program is to develop our students through our Expected School-Wide Learning Results to be Effective Communicators, Self-Directed Life-Long Learners, Responsible Global Citizens, Critical Thinkers, Collaborative Learners, and Technologically Proficient Learners. We want our students to be successful academically, but more importantly, we want our students to be successful in life.
